Love the plunge and sauna, great concept and killer running trails. Very unique and different and run by great people. Really like it a lot.

The Hippo Social Club and especially the women's wellness series has been so amazing. Each week has added a deeper peace and energy that I didn't know I was missing. I would recommend this to any woman, regardless of fitness level or where you are on your journey. The support, encouragement, and connection is irreplaceable.

Hippo Social Club continues to impress! They hosted a Breathwork and Drum Experience and I was so impressed by the quality of the facilitators and the ambiance of the facility. Will definitely keep an eye out for future events hosted here!

Hippo Social Club is a fantastic local point for building amazing connections and exploring opportunities outside your comfort zone. Just recently, we attended at couple's breathwork and drum beat evening which was amazing in every way. The owners themselves participated, and the facilitators as well as the participants were enthusiastic and engaged. Would strongly recommend any event here for anyone looking for community and connection!

Tracey and team did a phenomenal job hosting my birthday event here. She went above and beyond to make my dream a reality and created a space safe for growth and restoration. I had so many people complimenting the experience recognizing how unique of an event it was for a birthday celebration. Outside of even a birthday celebration, at Hippo social they are so genuine, which is a rarity amongst some wellness communities. This is a place with people that truly care about you from a holistic view and just want to connect with you as your authentic self. It's not just a place that provides wellness services, but friendship and connection as well. In my 27 years being alive and 3 years being in the wellness space, Hippo Social club has quickly become the most sacred and special memory for me.

What a soothing mix. Drumming and breathing rhythmically for a relaxing and uplifting experience....followed with delicious tacos. What else could one ask for a Friday night under the stars?

We took our 3 small dogs on the trail and they had fun exploring. It was well organized to make sure we followed the trail correctly. Everyone seemed to do a great job of keeping the dogs separated so no one got into a scuffle. We had fun and would do this again. Need more activities with the dogs each time lol
